Infamous for uneven rear tire wear. God dammit Honda

Got a good alignment?
FWIW the S2000 eats rear tires at about 2x the rate of the fronts... makes for interesting decisions when you want to switch

got it done Saturday when I had the new wheels and tires put on.
I either buy a rear camber kit or burn through rear tires at a sad rate

Put helium balloons in the trunk.

Sounds like you might as well go staggered. #MaximumGrip

want to switch? like front to back and back to front for rotations? because the s2k has different sized rear and front wheels.

I’ve slid my last two cars into curbs .... so I feel you.

I mean: if I want to switch to a different tire when the rears are shot, I have to throw out my fronts halfway through their life.

Rotate your tires regularly (I do 10k km, 6k miles) to keep the wear as even as possible. Honda likely did this on the si to improve handling prowess/fun, you can change it, but you’ll likely trade some cornering grip for longevity.

Like I said a couple months ago dat camber tho. So what did you put on? My dad put on Michelin Premiers about a year ago and has seen significant reduction in tire wear with no camber adjustments. And if you do want to fix the issue id recommend the Skunk 2 rear camber arms

These are Kumho Escta PA31. I was looking into the Skunk2 camber arms

Funny, I never had this problem with my 2008 Si sedan. Fronts and rears wore evenly and lasted about 30,000 to 35,000 miles a set.
